One thing I didnt expect was how much time they spent checking roof edges and corners instead of the main surface. They explained that most leaks actually start at edges, not the center. That changed how I think about roof maintenance completely.

Baytown Roofing did a fantastic job replacing my roof and gutters. Was very thorough showing me the options of types of shingles and offered different colors of shingles. Also I had forgotten to tell him to move 2 of my old gutter drain pipes away from my pool but they know what they are doing and did it.

I have to start with this review to compliment Pat Ammons! He was very diligent about making sure my concerns and questions were satisfied throughout the entire process. He was patient the entire week it took as we had our both our roof and 380ft long fence ripped out and redone. Thank you so much Pat for your tremendous customer service, it really made all the difference. In terms of the work, both for the roof and fence, each came out as perfect as I couldve ever hoped for. We had Baytown Roofing come out and replace our roof on our 30 year old building. It was in pretty bad shape from all the constant storms in the past few years. Pat the owner was there during the entire install. Informing us about what they were installing. Using a drone to show the during the install and the final outcome of the new installed roof. These guys are true professionals and truly care about their work. They tarped everything, cleaned up all the shingles from the floor, picked up all the nails, and cleaned up the driveway afterwards. As a business ourselves, we can really see when a company cares.
